I hit a dog tonight. It came out of nowhere and scared the hell out of me. He ran away and I pulled over and chased after him but I lost him. I’m so scared I hurt the poor thing. What if he’s dying? I wish I could have found him to take care of him. Or even better, never hit him at all…
